Do you ship overseas?

We only ship within the United States at this time. However we are currently working on offering international shipping and you will be the first to know when that happens! Subscribe to our mailing list by leaving your email address in the subscription box at the bottom of the page.

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days and a confirmation email will be sent to you after we receive your information, followed by a tracking number that you can use to track your order with USPS.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We offer shipping services with United States Postal Service (USPS). You will be asked to select a preferred shipping option at checkout.

 

There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please send an email to info@bella-headwraps.com

 

 Please alert us to missing items within 7 days of receiving your order so we can properly investigate this.

My order is damaged what should I do?

We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact us at info@bella-headwraps.com with a picture of the damaged product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?

As fast as we can! Please leave your email in the subscription box under the specific product that you want to purchase. We would also announce via social media pages.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Estimated shipping times are typically between 4-5 business days but due to circumstances beyond our control or where you currently live within the United States, this may vary. We will send a tracking number so you will know where your order is at every point in time.
